Cole Delisle
Founder
Cole's two decades in the BC Public Service as a transportation safety regulator including roadside enforcement officer, carrier safety inspector, manager, Deputy Director and culminating as Director of BC's Commercial Vehicle Safety & Enforcement branch.
In addition many years of enforcement and inspection work roadside, Cole investigated hundreds of carriers and successfully prosecuted hundreds of charges in court, continuing on in his career to set policy and direct an entire provincial inspection and enforcement program, including membership on several provincial and federal compliance and regulatory committees. Cole is also a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and trained ISO QMS Auditor.
Steven Bauer
Founder
Steve's 20 year career in the BC Public Service was focused on the training, enforcement and compliance of regulations as an enforcement officer, supervisor, trainer and manager of vehicle safety and compliance programs, including managing BC's largest and busiest region, Commercial Vehicle Safety & Enforcement's South Coast team. Steve has inspected thousands of vehicles and successfully prosecuted hundreds of violation tickets, and trained dozens of officers that work in the field today. Steve has also project managed CVSE's largest review project in their 50 year history. Steve is also a trained ISO QMS Auditor.
